Depois de tanto procurar toda vez que precisava instalar essa maldita biblioteca, eu finalmente encontrei o site oficial e resolvi postar. Tá aqui!

• Numpy
• Matplotlib
• PyFits
• python-pydev
• xorg-dev

This should do and you shall have any problems with it.
